Scan the QR code with WeChat to open the GUILD online submission mini program, and choose the report you need.
Enter your submission details in the mini program: item type, quantity, contact person and return address. Our team then confirms the fee and turnaround.
Once the fee and turnaround are confirmed, we tell you which laboratory will receive your stones (Shenzhen, Guangzhou or Zhuji), its address, the contact person and packing guidance. Pearls are always sent to the Zhuji laboratory.
Pack each stone separately and send them by tracked, insured courier. Mark the parcel with your submission reference and send us the tracking number. Unless agreed otherwise, transit risk stays with the client.
We check your parcel on arrival and begin testing. Standard testing takes 5–7 business days from reception; express service of 1–2 business days is available, subject to capacity.
Settle the fee as instructed by our team. Your stones and report are returned by courier. Any GUILD report can be verified online at any time with its certificate number.
Colored gemstones can be submitted in every region. Jadeite, pearls and lab-grown diamonds are currently accepted in Mainland China only, and pearls are tested at our Zhuji laboratory only.
